The Customer Insight Forum
The Forum is a best practice club. It brings together leading organisations, to provide thought leadership and practical solutions in the development of insight. The Forum also provides support and networking.
Together, we discuss key issues and sponsor and drive research and consultancy to develop and deliver solutions.
The Forum provides:
- Four whole-day events each year for our members. These combine presentations and workshops, with general discussion and networking opportunities.
- Programmes of original research and investigation into key issues. For example, how to demonstrate and measure Return on Investment from Customer Insight; how to Communicate More Effectively; and how to Improve Client / Supplier Relationships.
- A library of best practice resources are available to Forum members.
- IBEX: free use of this industry benchmarking of excellence in Customer Insight Management.
