Course leader
The course will be led by Mary Banks, MB Development Ltd, an independent development consultant who has a good understanding of the Insight role and its challenges.

She has had extensive experience in leadership development and change management with clients including GE businesses, RSA, Royal Mail, RBS and Louis Dreyfus.
