- Identifying your interpersonal style and the impact you may have on others
- Learning how to identify a colleague’s interpersonal style, and how to flex your style to build rapport, communicate and influence more effectively
- Planning and preparing a meeting to achieve your desired outcome
- Constructing and delivering a convincing argument
- Learning and practising a communication process
- Exercises and case studies to apply and practise the techniques
- Action planning to transfer your learning back to the day job
