Customer Insight Solutions is run by Steve Wills and Sally Webb, who are acknowledged leaders in customer insight management.

Our mission is to improve an organisation’s ability to capitalise on customer and market knowledge. 

To help insight teams get the right information to the right people in the right format at the right time so that it leads to action!

We Do That By:  

  • running a Customer Insight Forum for a select group of insight teams from some of the top FTSE 100 companies. Members have unlimited access to the CI Forum Resources, meet up four times a year to exchange best practice ideas and have access to CIS for team briefing sessions 
  • by providing training and development courses which are available to any insight team, either in groups or one to one, bespoke and tailored for your team in-house or as open one day sessions
  • by providing consultancy on an ad hoc basis, from helping you create a vision of what insight should look like to implementing it successfully
  • providing a means to measure the performance of your Insight team so you know exactly where to focus your efforts
