Steve Wills and Sally Webb spent 15 years running a successful research and insight agency before setting up Customer Insight Solutions. They began the first of two major projects to look at best practice in market research and customer insight in 1999 and have published two groundbreaking reports. They are acknowledged experts in the field of Customer Insight Management and frequent speakers at conferences and on training courses.
